This means five people in your organization can share a single local dial-up account with the same password,
and each have their own private e-mail.
- Up to ten forwarded e-mail accounts.
- Separate counter on any or all web pages.
- Forms CGI script you can use to get info via forms from people who visit your site.
- Each additional megabyte you use is $1 per month additional - you only pay for what you use.
- 24/7 FTP access so you can securely upload your own files to your account.
- The URL of your website is registered with 40 of the most significant search engines.
- NO SETUP FEE, but the first six months ($30) must be prepaid. NOTE: You are responsible
for registering and paying for the registration of your domain name under this account

- Alex Funk DESIGN handles the registration AND PAYMENT of your domain name.
- YOU are registered as the admin contact (owner) of the domain name,
and Alex Funk DESIGN is listed as the technical contact.

Alex Funk DESIGN cannot be held responsible for the content of pages hosted under
our service. We do not review pages for content before they are posted, and do not verify, endorse
or otherwise take responsibility for the contents of any user-created pages.
Users are solely responsible for all files contained in their
own directory, and can be held legally liable for the contents
of their web site.
However, we reserve the right to remove any page from our servers which we determine is in violation of
our rules and guidelines, to wit:
SPAMMING (sending unsolicited e-mail): Clients are forbidden
from promoting their site, products or services through the use of spam, and are
forbidden the use of any @ddress leased under Alex Funk DESIGN as the return address
on unsolicited e-mail. We will investigate on notification of a violation, and if
neccessary, remove the offending web site or user account.
SCHEMES: Clients are forbidden from posting content that contains or promotes:
- Links to warez (pirated software), cracks, hacks, their associated utilities, or other
piracy related information, whether for educational purposes or not.
- Racism, sexism, or extreme offensiveness, including content which aggravates, harasses,
threatens, defames, or abuses.
- Pornographic content. Although we acknowledge that interest in seeing other people in states
of undress is almost universal, we do not wish to judge whether or not your artsy pictures
fit this description; there are plenty of internet sites available for such use: please use one of
them instead of us!
- Pyramid schemes; chain letters; multi-level marketing in which there is no value-added. We
are working toward a "can-do" world, not a "who-you-know" one!
NON_PAYMENT Alex Funk DESIGN will send you an invoice only when your bill gets to be a
fairly large amount. We don't like depositing a bunch of $5 checks any more than you like to
write them. Accounts may be terminated without notice after three months of non-payment.
